Encounter Camps Dates 2026:

Week 1 - June 7th -12th

Week 2 - June 21st - 26th

Week 3 - July 12th - 16th

Pay is $350 per week

Job Description

Here are a few job descriptions and requirements for anyone wanting to work for the Christian Education Board as a REC team member.

Run Games

During the REC times at encounter camp, you will be in charge of running pre-determined games with groups of students. Explaining the rules and making sure the game runs smoothly.

Security Hut

KBA requires someone to sit in the Security Hut to monitor people coming and going from camp during the day.

Sports
Tournaments

You will assist the REC Leader in organizing and running different sports tournaments during the week.

REQUIREMENTS

To be on the REC team, you must: Work well with others, even if you are hot and tired. Respectfully Follow the instructions of the REC Leader. Be where you are supposed to be. Work hard and have fun!
